BOSTON Boston public health officials say mosquitoes infected with the West Nile virus have been found in north Dorchester and in Hyde Park. Infected mosquitoes had been found earlier this year in north Dorchester and West Roxbury. Monday August 23, 2010 BOSTON (AP) -- Some Massachusetts towns have given up enforcing a law that decriminalized the possession of small amounts of marijuana, saying the law is written with too many loopholes to be effective. The law established a civil fine of $100 for those caught with an ounce or less of marijuana.

BOSTON - The FBI will return a regional office to Worcester after an absence of 17 years. The office, called a resident agency, left Worcester with its six special agents in 1993, and moved to 131 Coolidge St., Hudson. The government has signed a lease to relocate the office to 120 Front St., Worcester.
