Writing to say that the service provided by the management of this company is the worst I have ever experienced from any company! Was scheduled to be picked up from Logan airport at 8.30pm, arrived along with my wife, 3 year old son and newborn baby. Called Worcester Airport Limousine and was told that they would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, called again and was told that they were in the airport and would be 10 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes and was then told that they were held up in traffic on the mass pike because of a car accident and would be there in 30 minutes. During this time, the temperatures were still in the high 80's and with nothing open the children were understandably becoming very tired and hungry. Eventually they arrived at 11.20 pm and I asked the driver how bad the accident was on the mass pike. He replied that there was no accident and that he only left Worcester when he was told at 10.15pm!! When they arriv! ed the bus was too fu
